To support our training teams, we are investing heavily in new equipment – including the latest Laerdal Resusci Anne QCPR torso manikins – which can include live AED with ShockLink and Airway Heads.

The incredible new Resusci Anne QCPR AED manikins use Laerdal LINK Technology to provide a seamless and realistic experience – providing real-time feedback, recording data and calculating overall performance for thorough training and debrief on CPR performance.  Laerdal LINK Technology is the only solution that detects correct pad placement and sends an event to the session timeline in SimPad SkillReporter.

The SimPad SkillReporter software provides comprehensive, easy-to-use feedback for enhanced QCPR training. During training the operator will be able to monitor the following metrics:
•    Compression rate and depth
•    Correct release for each compression
•    Correct hand position
•    Frequency and length of interruptions
•    Appropriate ventilation volume
•    Automatic and manual annotation of key events during CPR simulation

The addition of ShockLink technology to the manikin allows delegates to train with added realism, in the way that clinical procedures are performed; using a live defibrillator with training pads and not defibrillation studs.

The Airway Head on Resusci Anne QCPR supports training of more advanced supragiottic techniques.
