NEW 6160-03 & 6160-08 City & Guilds Confined Space Assessment Only Days

As a delegate you need to provide evidence of competency and experience of working in a confined space alongwith your recently expired 6160-03 and 6160-08 certificates (within one month) and on the day, delegate will complete a Self Audit Knowledge and Experience assessment paper.

NEW CABWI Level 3 Award in Working in High Risk Confined Spaces (Combined Entrant and Entry Controller)

This course allows learners to demonstrate the skills and knowledge required by those who need to work in high risk confined spaces. It also allows learners to demonstrate the skills and knowledge required by those who need to work at high risk confined spaces but who are not required, or are unable, to enter and work in the confined space. Their role will involve acting as an entry controller (top person) on site for those entering the confined space.

NEW 6151-02 City & Guilds Tunnel Entry & Associated Emergency Procedures

Part of the City & Guilds suite - 6151-02 is for anyone who enters and works specifically in confined spaces and accesses tunnels and shafts. It includes preparing to work safely in tunnels and shafts and how to deal with emergency situations using the correct equipment.

NEW CABWI Level 2 Award in Working in Medium Risk Confined Spaces (Combined Entrant & Entry Controller)

This unit is for the entry controller/top person who controls entry and arrangements for medium risk confined spaces and works within them. It includes the duties of an entry controller, pre-entry procedures, preparing to work safely, using equipment and tools safely, entry into and exit from the medium risk confined space, maintaining communications, and initiating and following emergency arrangements.

This course is aimed at those requiring sufficient knowledge, understanding and practical ability to carry out in-house qualitative face fit testing, on behalf of their company or as a private entity.

NEW Rescue 2 - Medium Risk Confined Space including Entry Control

This is an Alpha Training designed course for those who work in and control a medium risk environment and includes preparing to work safely, entering and exiting medium risk confined spaces safely, overseeing entry and exit of confined spaces, using equipment and tools safely, following procedures and dealing with emergencies.
