New Rescue Technician client ID cards

Rescue 2 are working collaboratively on an inhouse system with a major client, which involves collating Rescue Technician’s certifications, skills and expertise and holding this information together on an identification badge.

This will eliminate the need to send skills certificates out as they will be loaded onto system and the technicians will be provided cards which the client will scan on site arrival.

Rescue 2 make individual online profiles for each team member which includes the mandatory qualifications required to be on-site, these are uploaded to the system, and the team members are all sent online site inductions to their email addresses.

Failure to complete the inductions or having the incorrect qualifications in place will show up that the technician is unqualified to work and would not be permitted entry to site.

These profiles all have photos of the technicians on which will come up when the card in scanned on the clients hand terminal.

The new process will reduce the administration time spent when organising our teams and sharing information with our client, resulting in a more streamlined process as our technicians enter the sites.
